Built by People Who
Understand the Mission.
Taylor'd designs, engineers, and builds firefighter training props in Spokane Valley, Washington — serving fire departments across North America.
From Shipping Containers
to Life-Saving Training.
Taylor'd started with a simple idea. It became something much bigger.
Founded in 2016 in Spokane Valley, Washington, Taylor'd began as a container sales and rental company. The pivot came when founder Taylor Rowan saw a gap in the fire service: departments needed realistic, hands-on training equipment that was durable, compact, and purpose-built — not repurposed job-site scraps.
We built our first prop. Departments took notice. Today, Taylor'd manufactures a full line of modular firefighter training props — from the Series 8, sized for a single parking space, to the Series 40+, a multi-story live-fire facility — all engineered and fabricated in-house, then delivered and installed nationwide.
We've partnered with more than 80 fire departments across 27 states and Alberta, Canada. Every prop we build has one purpose: giving firefighters a better way to train for the moments that matter most.
The People Behind the Props.
Engineers, fabricators, and firefighters — building equipment that performs when it counts.

Taylor founded Taylor'd in 2016 after seeing how shipping containers could solve real problems — especially in fire training. A Western Illinois University graduate and former Spokane Shock arena football player, he works directly with fire departments to develop training solutions that match how firefighters actually train.
